Hey there, I'm Frank Dreesen, and let me tell you a bit about my journey. For over 45 years, I've served in the field of corrections and criminal justice as a dedicated prison warden. But life threw me a curveball when I found myself battling an autoimmune disease that my doctors claimed was "genetically predisposed and incurable."

Instead of accepting their verdict, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Despite lacking any medical background, I dove headfirst into a five-year exploration of autoimmune diseases. What I discovered was eye-opening. I learned truths about nutrition that the mainstream medical model often overlooks.
